Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility:
- The engagement activity is open to all registered attendees of the event.
- Employees of the event organiser, exhibitors and sponsors are not eligible to participate.
- Participation:
- To participate, attendees must have their badges scanned by exhibitors at each booth they visit.
- Each badge scan at a booth counts as one entry into the prize drawing.
- Multiple scans at the same booth will not count as additional entries.
- Prizes:
- The top 3 winners will each receive a S$500 Trip e-gift card.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Winner Selection and Notification:
- The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Day 3 of the event after lunch, between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
- Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their event registration.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
- General:
- By participating in this engagement activity, attendees agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The event organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel this engagement activity at any time without prior notice.
- The event organiser' decision on all matters relating to the engagement activity is final and binding.
- Privacy:
- Personal information collected for the engagement activity will only be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting the winners.
- Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
