Ts. Mohd Syazuan Kamarulzaman began his career as a SCADA engineer and currently serves as a Principal Engineer at TNB Genco Headquarters. With 19 years of experience in power plant asset operation and maintenance, particularly in hydro power plants, Syazuan has led multiple high-profile projects, earning recognition for his expertise in control systems, communication, and space-based technology. He has extensive experience in project management and plant maintenance. As an ESG advocate, his current focus areas include asset operation and Hydro Strategic Planning & Operation. Syazuan's arsenal of experience in core business operations, strategic planning, and asset management, combined with his distinctive MBA, has enabled him to develop innovative solutions for hydro power plants in Peninsular Malaysia. He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and aims to inspire the next generation of tech enthusiasts.'
