Eakarat Samintarapanya
Mr. Eakarat Samintarapanya, his background is in the engineering field, holding the Master of Science in Engineering Business Management at University of Warwick, United Kingdom and Master of Engineering in Engineering Management at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. Currently, he is appointed as Assistant Governor of Power Plant Planning at the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). He is responsible for proposing new power plants for Thailand's electricity grid and introducing, such as hydropower solutions to enhance grid stability, addressing challenges increased by the growing share of renewable energy generation. With over 30 years of his remarkable experiences at EGAT, he has been involved in the planning, engineering, and construction of various power plants, including Combined Cycle, Thermal, Hydro, and Renewable Energy Projects.''
