Gabriel Yap
Gabriel has over a decade of experience in asset management, operations and IT implementations.
He is currently heading the section of Operation Digitalisation in SP Powergrid, the section focuses on automating and harmonising operations through technology application for greater operational excellence and improved productivity.
Gabriel has also led several digitalisation initiatives/projects in Singapore Power, with key focus in driving productivity, field crew enablement, asset management and automation.
His main interest is in the use and adoption of technology in empowering the workforce in the digital age.
Prior to joining SP Powergrid, Gabriel is largely involved in the software integration for mobile devices as a defect management lead in Motorola Electronics, with multiple successful product launches worldwide.
