Eng Teck Soon
Engteck is the Managing Director for the APAC region at Cohesive, a wholly owned full asset lifecycle digital integrator business unit of Bentley Systems. In this role, he assists clients who own and operate complex-built assets in achieving innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance their assets’ value and performance.
Engteck has collaborated with major infrastructure asset owners and operators to adopt standards such as ISO 15926 and ISO 19650 BIM Level 2+, as well as implementing Common Data Environments, system integration, asset information management, performance and reliability management, digital twin services, and enterprise asset management.
With over 20 years of experience in the software and services industry, Engteck employs an innovative, practical, and structured approach to guide complex projects to successful outcomes. His expertise spans plant operations, BIM, Asset Information Management, and Digital Twin solutions.
In addition to his role at Cohesive, Engteck leads the business’s digital advisory, solution design and implementation, and project and change management efforts. He has successfully led numerous projects across Australia, South East Asia, India, and China, involving various consulting teams.
