Qingxian Zemangxi Electronic Device Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise integrating the research and development, production, sales and service of Transformers and Magnetic materials. Our products are nanocrystalline strips, nanocrystalline core, micro transformers, Hall effect sensors. Founded in 1999,  we have a complete industrial chain from core strip to core to transformers. Our existing production site scale of 130,000 m², with full-automatic winding machines 998 sets, the daily output of magnetic core can reach 1 million pcs, the daily output of transformer can reach 500,000pcs. Products are widely used in electric power, mechanical and electrical protection, leakage protection, distribution and monitoring, electricity meters, smart meters, home appliances, new energy vehicle charging pile, distributed photovoltaic power generation, energy storage and other industries. Our products serve thousands of well-known domestic power enterprises such as HUAWEI, BYD, BMW, SAMSUNG, HEXING, WASION GROUP, and many overseas well-known enterprises such as Toshiba in Japan, GE in USA, EDMI in Singapore, and Sagemcom in France, EMERSON IN USA.  

our Core production workshop covers an area of 12,000 m², with 200 sets of full-automatic Ribbon winding equipments, 20 sets of magnetic core heat treatment equipments, more than 30 sets of automatic installation and measurement equipments, 6 sets of spray belt furnace, more than 50 sets of silicon steel automatic splaying equipment, silicon steel automatic winding equipments, silicon steel automatic cutting equipment, the daily output of nanocrystalline core can reach 900,000pcs. The daily production capacity of silicon steel core can reach 100,000pcs.

The plant is located in the southern district of Qingxian, the total investment of the project is 112 million dollars, 10 production lines have been purchased, with an annual output of 6000-8000 tons of nanocrystalline strips, 350 million pcs magnetic cores and 200 million pcs transformers.
