Jiangxi QOCI Electric Co. Ltd was founded in Dec. 2002, with registered capital of 508 million Yuan. The Corporation is located at Industrial Park, Luxi County, Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province, covering area of 100 mu. It has employees of 207, among them 60 are for technology and engieering. We have possessed matured production technology for glass insulators and have possessed research and development capability for functional glass and circuit insulators.

The company is dedicated to research on production technology of new type high-strength glass and development of insulation materials for power transmission and transformation. Our products are mainly high-strength glass insulators used in low voltage, high voltage, ultra-high voltage, extra-high voltage AC (DC) electric transmission line. They are used for insulation of circuit of transmission line and to support, hang, and tensioning the lead wire. Our products are divided into 5 major series: the standard type 40-550kN、filth-resistant type 70-420kN、aerodynamic type 120-300kN、multi-umbrella type 120-300kN、and ground circuit type, able to be used for line voltage from 10kV～1000kV.  After years of development, the company has become a major supplier of high-voltage line insulators to large domestic power grid operators.

The company has advanced production equipment, designed annual output value of 220 million, as well as the first time in the insulator industry to use full oxygen combustion technology to improve the quality of the glass liquid melting, the uniformity of the glass liquid can reach the standard B +.

The company has successively passed the ISO9001:2000 and environmental 14000 international quality management system certification, and strictly follows the system requirements for production and management. The testing equipment is perfect, the testing center covers incoming raw material composition testing, accessory packaging material testing, semi-finished product testing, finished product mechanical and high-voltage simulation testing, the modern testing center ensures that the quality of the products is closely monitored and confirmed during the process from planning to realisation.
