Important Note
Your booth will be considered a raw space/custom stand if you decide to build your own structure design. No other entitlements will be provided for raw space only stand and all raw space forms and regulations applies. Add-on enhancements on existing standard shell scheme booth such as additional graphics printing and furnishing ARE NOT considered as custom design stand. Raw space stands are only available for booth sizes 18sqm and above. Please contact your Enlit Asia’s Sales Manager if you would like to convert from Standard Shell Scheme to Raw Space Stand.
Upgrade to Enhanced Stand
Are you interested to upgrade your existing booth to an Enhanced Stand? You may refer to Form 9 for more information and visual. Please contact your respective Sales Manager. Existing 18sqm Shell Scheme exhibitor have the option to upgrade to an Enhanced Stand, please contact your Enlit Asia’s Sales Manager if you are interested.
Raw Space
Your booth will be considered a raw space/custom stand if you decide to build your own structure design. No other entitlements will be provided for raw space stand and all raw space forms and regulations applies. All carpet, electricity, rigging, cleaning and additional items are required to be ordered separately. As a raw space exhibitor, you are responsible to appoint your nominated contractor and build your own stand in accordance with the building regulations stipulated here.
It is mandatory to submit all specific documentations to our official stand contractor and our Event Services Manager of Enlit Asia 2024 with correspondent payment of the non-refundable admin fee and refundable performance bond to PICO Malaysia prior to going on-site. You are to adhere and comply to all health & safety regulations stated here.
