Let's create memorable experiences in Kuala Lumpur! 

As we gear up to Enlit Asia in Malaysia, we are thrilled to see many exhibitors spreading the word about their participation at the event.

Do you have exciting things planned? Like an unmissable networking reception? Cool giveaways? Or are you launching a product?

It's time to shout about it and attract as many visitors as possible to your stand!

And we want to help you with that.  Let's check out the 3 steps below and make Enlit Asia a remarkable event for you!

 

1. Register your team 

Don't miss out on pre-event communications, and.. the networking platform which will be launched soon!

Go to the Ezone homepage and click on 'Register my Staff'

 

2. Let us know what you're planning 

Have you completed your "Preparation for Onsite Engagement" questionaire?

Highly recommended to do so, because indicating the product categories + product/service which you will be showcasing onsite will allow us to work with you in terms of promoting through emails and social media.

3. Attend Event briefing on 27 August, Tues 4pm (GMT+8) 

Check out some of the updates and event features this year, as well as a segment presented by Jublia - our business matching platform for Enlit Asia. Watch how you can leverage on the platform's AI-matching functionalities to arrange for meeting prior to arriving in KL. The walkthrough also includes a demo on how to lead-scan via a mobile phone app.

Best Booth Award (23 July)

Dear Exhibitor,

Ready to shine in Kuala Lumpur? Let us create memorable experiences together at Enlit Asia this year!

We're excited to announce the 'Best Booth Award' as we want our trade show attendees to remember your company's name and leave the show with a positive impression of your brand.

Everyone can take part! Kindly refer to details as follow:

Judging process

  • A panel of 3-5 judges comprised of representatives from different departments of the Organiser's team will evaluate all booths and recommend first and second place winners
  • There will be 2 Best Exhibit Categories:
    • For Shell schemes
    • For built booths
  • Awards will be distributed during the Exhibitor's Networking session on 9 Oct 2024, 4pm. Please have the appropriate representative(s) in your booth during this time for presentation/photo with the award
  • The decisions of the judges are final

Judging Criteria

  • Branding and Messaging: how effectively does the booth communicate the company's brand identity and key messages?
  • Sustainable materials: does the booth incorporate recycled, recyclable, or renewable materials? Is it designed to minimise waste?
  • Product in booth: how effectively does the booth showcase the company's offerings? Are products/services presented in an engaging and informative way?
  • Interactive elements: does the booth incorporate interactive displays or demonstrations that allow visitors to experience the products/services?
  • Overall Appeal: how well does the booth attract attention and stand out from the crowd?

Prizes for Best booths

  • 1st prize:
    • Gold trophy + 15% rebook discount
  • 2nd prize:
    • Silver trophy + 10% rebook discount

We're just over 3 months our from the show, and wanted to bring to your attention some useful and important information we need from you to maximise your experience in Kuala Lumpur.

We want to make your stand as visible as possible, and to do this - we need you to complete your Exhibitor profile. These would allow attendees to search the Exhibitor Listing by Type of Organisation, Area of Focus, and Product Categories.

Want more visitors to your booth? Showing demos or new tech?
The 'Preparation for Onsite Engagement' form allows you to inform us about any demo or in-booth activities you are planning, which we will in turn help to broadcast through our event marketing emails and social media channels to all Enlit Asia visitors.
