Renewable Energy

ASEAN's energy transition underpinned by RE technologies

According to a report by the Asian Development Bank, renewable energy manufacturing is poised to become a USD$160 billion to USD$200 billion sector by 2030. Some 50-60% of this revenue will be driven low-carbon mobility and clean power, with solar PV and battery manufacturing leading the way.

By capitalising on solar PV and battery production, ASEAN aims to spearhead global initiatives toward sustainable energy while bolstering economic growth and resilience in the face of climate change. In order to achieve that, the region is looking to build on its strong foundation in manufacturing and requires grid stability and energy storage solutions.

Enlit Asia provides the ideal platform to showcase RE technologies that will underpin the ASEAN energy transition!
