The technical conference, known as Knowledge Hubs and Workshops, serves as an open marketplace for topical insights and knowledge transfer on emerging technologies, innovations, and case studies tackling pressing challenges in the energy transition.

Attendees will explore key market opportunities, trading modes, and strategies to leverage carbon and RECs trading as part of a broader sustainability and decarbonization effort.

    The workshop offers an exclusive, interactive experience designed to foster deep knowledge sharing in an intimate setting.     Powering Southeast Asia’s Energy Transition: The Role of the REC Framework in Cross-Border Collaboration 

    The workshop will serve as a platform to: 

    • Share RECAP Findings: Present the key findings of the RECAP project, including an analysis of existing REC frameworks, market trends, and best practices in BIMP countries. 

    • Facilitate Cross-Sectoral Dialogue: Foster meaningful discussions among diverse stakeholders, including policymakers, regulators, industry leaders, investors, and international experts, to identify opportunities and challenges in developing a regional REC framework. 

    • Maximise Visibility and Impact: Leverage the Enlit Asia platform to showcase the RECAP project's progress and raise awareness of the regional REC framework's

    • Digital Transformation

    Intelligent Asset Performance Management with Digital Twin and AI - With a case study of Integrating Safety into Plant Operations and Maintenance

    The workshop aims to provide the digital strategies towards achieving an Intelligent Asset Performance Management of key infrastructure assets. The workshop will explore the concept of digital twin technology and artificial intelligence in asset monitoring, reliability and predictability for improving operation and availability.  

    A case study on the implementation of the Permit to Works system at Jawa Satu Power will be presented, illustrating practical applications of safety integration in a real-world setting.  

    A discussion panel will discuss the strategy adoption, implementation or challenges in trying to combine the above in the digitalisation journey of Operating assets.  

    Key learning outcomes: 

    • Gain in-depth knowledge of Digital Twin and AI integration for enhanced asset performance management 

    • Hear practical insights from a case study at PT Jawa Satu Power

    • characterization techniques like seismic surveys and well logging. 

    • Increased awareness among industry stakeholders regarding new regulations. 

    • Fostered collaboration between industry players and government bodies for future initiatives. 

    • Actionable insights for stakeholders to implement in their respective organisations.

    Advancing Nuclear Energy in Malaysia and ASEAN
